One of the indications of how well a real estate agent performs is how
successful that person is in selling properties and finding properties for
his or her clients.
Another important indicator is the letters received from satisfied customers.
Below are a few excerpts from letters that I have received over the years. |

received a call from the title company at 4:20 on the day before settlement (at 10:30 the next day)

My wife and I were moving from the Manhattan area to the Philadelphia area
because I was changing jobs. Diane was incredibly helpful in the following
areas:
- We wanted to move quickly so that I could avoid having to commute from
Manhattan any longer than was necessary. Diane basically spent an entire
weekend taking us around. She had prepared very well for our visit and did a
good job finding houses that met our criteria.
- She had also spoken with us over the phone several times and sent us a lot of
information so that when we came down, we had narrowed our choices to a few
specific neighborhoods.
- Diane was very good at counseling us on what to offer and how to make our offer
more attractive. We know we got the best price possible...
- We ended up buying our house from a relocation company which can be difficult
to deal with. Diane was very good at pushing things forward quickly.
- On September 11th, I brought all of my mortgage papers into my office in
Manhattan to copy. My office was directly accross the street from the south tower
of the World Trade Center. In my haste to get out of the office after the attacks,
I left everything in the office. I was unable to get back into my office for
almost 2 weeks. Diane was very helpful in putting pressure on the mortgage
processor to accept alternate documentation.
- Diane even took time over the weekend right after closing to meet some
contractors in the house so that they could get some work done before we
moved.
- When we had questions after closing, Diane has always been very responsive and
helpful.
I would highly recommend Diane Williams to anyone who is looking for a home
in her area.
